CONDITION/INDICATION
Is trailer suspension free of damage?
DECISION
Worn or broken springs (Axle No. 2 and/or 3) - Replace faulty spring(s) (WP
0118). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect
wheel wobble and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Worn or broken hangers (Axle No. 1) - Replace faulty front hanger(s) (WP
0119). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect
wheel wobble and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Worn or broken hangers - Replace faulty rear hanger(s) (WP
0120). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel wobble
and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Suspension free of damage - Go to (Step 6 - Are axles aligned and free of damage?).
STEP 6
Are axles aligned and free of damage?
1.
Inspect axles for damage.

Check each axle for misalignment:
a.
Axle 1 (WP
0060).
b.
Axle 2 (WP
0062).
c.
Axle 3 (WP
0063).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are axles aligned and free of damage?
DECISION
Axle 1 damaged -
Repair or replace axle 1 (WP
0061). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel wobble and
shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Axle 1 alignment incorrect - Perform axle 1 alignment procedure (WP
0060). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel
wobble and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Axle 2 alignment incorrect - Perform axle 2 alignment procedure (WP
0062). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel
wobble and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
Axle 3 alignment incorrect - Perform axle 3 alignment procedure (WP
0063). Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel
wobble and shimmy?) to verify problem is solved.
All axles free of damage and properly aligned - Go to (Step 7 - Does suspect wheel wobble and shimmy?) to verify
problem is solved.
STEP 7
Does suspect wheel wobble and shimmy?
1.
If removed, install bearings and wheel hub (WP
0094).
2.
Install cap on valve stem.
