Remove hose clamp (1).
Disconnect rubber hose (2) from surge
tank assembly (3).
Disconnect surge tank to engine manifold
nonmetallic hose assembly (4) from pipe
to tube elbow (5).
Remove pipe to tube elbow (5) from surge
tank assembly (3).
Remove pipe plug (6).
If damaged, remove support beam rubber
strip (7).
Remove four hexagon head capscrews (8)
and four Iockwashers (9).
Remove surge tank assembly (3).
Remove retaining ring (10), gasket (11), and valve assembly (12).
Remove clamp (13) and rubber hose (14).
