Dry cleaning solvent (SD2) is toxic

and flammable. Wear protective gog -

gles and gloves and use only in well-

ventilated areas .

Remove residual adhesive from bondin g

surfaces around rear door opening (21) o f

cab (4) and left rear cab swinging meta l

door (22) using dry cleaning solvent (ite m

10 appx C) and wire brush .

Apply plastic adhesive (item 3, appx C) t o

bonding surfaces of nonmetallic gaske t

(23), nonmetallic seal (24), and tw o

nonmetallic seal tabs (25) .

If removed, install two nonmetallic sea l

tabs (25) to left rear cab swinging meta l

door (22) .

If removed, install new nonmetallic sea l

(24) to left rear cab swinging metal door

(22).

If removed, install new nonmetallic gaske t

(23) to door frame (21) of cab (4) .

cab vehicle hatch door opening (26) usin g

dry cleaning solvent (item 10, appx C)

and wire brush .

Apply plastic adhesive (item 3, appx C) t o

new nonmetallic seal (27) and if removed ,

install new nonmetallic seal to right sid e

cab vehicle hatch door opening (26) .

new nonmetallic seal (29). Install ne w

nonmetallic seal to left side cab swingin g

metal door opening (28) .

stallation of left side cab swingin g

metal door, but also apply to in-

stallation of left rear cab swingin g

Install two sleeve bearings (30) on hinge s

(31) of cab (4) .
