The vehicle hydraulic system is o f
the open center type and has
pressure only when the hydrauli c
pumps are operating .
Remove eight hexagon head capscrew s
(1), eight Iockwashers (2), and four split-
flange clamp halves (3) securing three-
spool valve to elbow boom winch tub e
assembly (4) and three-spool valve t o
elbow tube assembly (5) to three-spoo l
valve (6) .
Disconnect three-spool valve to elbo w
boom winch tube assembly (4) and three -
spool valve to elbow tube assembly (5)
from three spool valve (6) and remov e
two preformed packings (7) .
Remove eight hexagon head capscrew s
(8), eight Iockwashers (9), four split-flang e
clamp halves (10), and two three-spoo l
valve flange clamp adapters (11) .
Disconnect two elbow to adapter boo m
winch tube assemblies (12 and 13) an d
remove two preformed packings (14) an d
two preformed packings (15) .
Disconnect two three-spool valve to in-
board shuttle valve tube assemblies (1 6
and 17) from three-spool valve (6) .
Remove two tube elbows (18), two tub e
fitting locknuts (19), two flat washer s
(20), and two preformed packings (21) .
Disconnect two three-spool valve to in-
board shuttle valve tube assemblies (1 6
and 17) from boom winch shuttle valv e
(22) .

Remove two tube reducers (23) and tw o
preformed packings (24) .
Disconnect inboard shuttle valve t o
selector valve tube assembly (25) fro m
selector valve (26) and boom winc h
shuttle valve (22) .
Remove two tube nipples (27) and tw o
preformed packings (28) .
Remove two machine screws (29), tw o
flat washers (30), two Iockwashers (31) ,
two plain hexagon plain nuts (32), an d
boom winch shuttle valve (22) .
