The vehicle hydraulic system is o f

the open center type and has

pressure only when the hydrauli c

pumps are operating .

Remove eight hexagon head capscrew s

(1), eight Iockwashers (2), four counter-

balance manifold three-spool valve flang e

clamp halves (3), and two tow winc h

counterbalance manifold clamp pip e

flanges (4) securing elbow to adapter

metal tube assembly (5) and elbow t o

adapter control line metal tube assembly

(6) to two adapter to manifold hydrauli c

winch metallic tubes (7). Remove tw o

preformed packings (8) and two preform -

ed packings (9) .

Disconnect two adapter to manifol d

hydraulic winch metallic tubes (7) fro m

manifold assembly counterbalance (10) .

Remove two preformed packings (11) .

Remove eight hexagon head capscrew s

(12), eight Iockwashers (13), and fou r

counterbalance manifold three-spool valv e

flange clamp halves (14) securing three-

spool valve control lines metal tub e

assembly (15) and three-spool valve con-

trol line metal tube assembly (16) t o

three-spool valve (17) .

Disconnect three-spool valve control lines

metal tube assembly (15) and three-spoo l

valve control line metal tube assembly

(16) and remove two preformed packing s

(18) .

Disconnect shuttle valve to three-spoo l

valve metal tube assembly (19) and shut-

tle valve to three-spool valve metal tub e

assembly (20) from tow winch brake shut -

tle valve (21) .

Remove two tube elbows (22), two tub e

fitting locknuts (23), two flat washer s

(24), and two preformed packings (25 )

from three-spool valve (17) .

Remove two tube reducers (26) and tw o

preformed packings (27) from tow winc h

brake shuttle valve (21) .

Disconnect shuttle valve to selecto r

valve metal tube assembly (28) an d

remove two tube nipples (29) and tw o

preformed packings (30) .

Disconnect outboard selector valve meta l

tube assembly (31). Remove tube elbo w

(32), tube fitting locknut (33), fla t

washer (34), and preformed packing (35 )

from winch control cylinder (36) .

Remove tube elbow (37), tube fittin g

locknut (38), flat washer (39), an d

preformed packing (40) from hand pum p

direct selector linear valve (41). Separat e

two hand pump direct selector linea r

valves (41 and 42) by removing tw o

hexagon plain nuts (43), two lock -

washers (44), and two hexagon hea d

capscrews (45) .

Remove two machine screws (46), tw o

Iockwashers (47), and tow winch brak e

shuttle valve (21) from three-spool valv e

(17) .

Remove hexagon head capscrew (48) ,

Iockwasher (49), and loop clamp (50 )

from shuttle valve to selector valve meta l

tube assembl y
