Engine fuel filter access door removed (TM 9-2350-238-20-1)

Remove two hexagon head capscrews (1) ,

two Iockwashers (2), and retaining strap (3)

from door plate (4).

Remove cotter pin (5) from driver’s latch

handle (6).

Remove slotted plain nut (7) and sleeve

spacer (8) from driver’s latch handle (6).

Remove driver’s latch handle (6), spring

tension washer (9), access door collar (10),

torsion helical spring (11), driver’s latch

wheel (12), and flat washer (13) from door

plate (4).

If damaged, remove cushioning pad (14)

from door plate (4).
