REPLACE COOLING FAN ASSEMBLY — Continued
WARNING
Damaged slings can fail when loaded. Breaking slings can strike and injure personnel.
Suspended load can fall and crush personnel.
Inspect all slings before use. Do not use damaged slings. Clearly mark all damaged slings
as DAMAGED - DO NOT USE.
WARNING
Hanging loads, heavy parts, and overhead equipment can fall unexpectedly and kill or injure
you.
Stay clear of hanging loads, heavy parts, and overhead equipment. Use correct lifting devices.
Always have helper guide heavy parts and equipment.

Attach sling and suitable lifting device of at least 150 lbs (45 kg) capacity to fan assembly. Lift fan assembly (3) and
install on power plant grill (4).
5.
Install six screws (1) and washers (2). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 292-336 LB-IN (33-38 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque
wrench and socket wrench set.
6.
If removed, install new decal (9).
