REPLACE RIGHT FORWARD TABLE (M577A2 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Install bracket (1) on table top (2). Secure with washer (3) and screw (4).

2.

Install eyebolt (5) on bracket (1). Secure with screw (6), two washers (7), and new locknut (8).

3.

Install washer (9) and wing nut (10) on eyebolt (5).

4.

Install support (11) on hull. Secure with screw (12), washer (13), and new locknut (14).

5.

Install two bumpers (15) on braces (16).

6.

Install two braces (16) on support (11). Secure with six screws (17), washers (18), and new locknuts (19).

7.

Install screw (20), washer (21), and new locknut (22) to secure support (11) to hull.

8.

Install straight pin (23) in rod (24) and bracket (25). Secure with two new cotter pins (26).

9.

Install clip (27) on bracket (25). Secure with screw (28) and new locknut (29).

10. Install bracket (25). Secure to hull angle and support (11) with two screws (30), washers (31), and new locknuts (32).

11. Install table top (2) on hull and support (11). Secure with three hinges (33), spacers (34), six screws (35), and new

locknuts (36).

12. Install four hinges (37) on drop leaf (38). Secure with four spacers (39) and eight screws (40).

13. Install drop leaf (38) on table top (2). Secure with four spacers (41) and eight screws (42).
