REPLACE RIGHT SIDE RACK BASE (M1068 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Position base (4) on bulkhead mounts. Secure with three washers (20) and screws (19).

2.

Install four washers (18), two screws (17), and new locknuts (16) on base (4) and sponson.

3.

Position base extension mount (13) on sponson. Secure with four washers (12) and screws (14).

4.

Install bolt (7), two washers (12), screw (11), and new locknut (10) on base extension mount (13).

5.

Position hinge (9) between base (4) and base extension (3). Secure with 12 screws (8).

6.

Position base extension (3) on bolt (7) on base extension mount (13). Secure with new lockwasher (6) and nut (5).

7.

Install bumper (2) on base extension (3). Secure with four screws (1).

8.

Install bumper (2) on base (4). Secure with three screws (1).
