ASSEMBLY

1.

Install four caps (13), grommets (14), and one grommet (15) in battery box (6) openings.

2.

Install two spacers (12) and clamping catches (11), four washers (10), new lockwashers (9), screws (8), and nuts (7) on

battery box (6).

3.

Install two hooks (5), four washers (4), lockwashers (3) screws (2), and nuts (1) on battery box (6).

4.

Using rivet tool, attach solid rivet (18) and catch strike (19) to battery box cover (17).

5.

Apply adhesive to four neoprene gaskets (16) and attach gaskets to battery box cover (17).
