Carrier blocked (TM 9-2350-277-10)

Power plant access door open (TM 9-2350-277-10)

Ramp lowered (TM 9-2350-277-10)

Battery ground strap disconnected (WP 0337 00)

Base and plate removed (WP 0455 00).

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect circuit 7 (1) and circuit 799 lead (2) from inside carrier.

2.

Disassemble lead (1) and lead (2) (WP 0382 00).

3.

Remove nut (3), lockwasher (4), and washer (5) from bushing (6) and wiring harness (7). Discard lockwasher.

4.

Remove packing retainer (8), spring washer (9), pressure washer (10), gasket (11), and plug (12) from bushing (6).

5.

Remove nut (13), lockwasher (14), washer (15), and insulator washer (16) from bushing (6). Discard lockwasher.

6.

Remove cover (17) from connector (18).

7.

Repeat Steps 1 - 6 for opposite side of carrier.
