REPLACE STEERING WHEEL LINKAGE — Continued

WARNING

Engine exhaust gas is deadly poison. Make sure the bellows are installed properly in engine

compartment panel hole.

NOTE

Position small end of bellows away from fixed rod end bearing.

12. Slide bellows (1) and clamp (2) over link (3). Do not tighten clamp until link and bellows are installed.

13. Install bearing (4) and nut (5) on link (3). Tighten nut.

14. Position link (3) with bellows (1) between engine compartment and driver’s compartment.
