REPLACE NBC FILTERS AND HOSES (M577A3 ONLY) - Continued

Remove three screws (1), lockwashers (2), nuts (3), two clamps (4) and clamp (5) from upper bulkhead.

Remove from hose (6).

Discard lockwashers.

15.

Loosen two clamps (7) and remove hose (6) with two grommets (8) from manifold (9) and commander's heater (10).

16.

If damaged, remove grommets (8) from hose (6), as required.

Discard grommets.

17.

Loosen clamp (11) and remove hose (12) from commander's heater (10) and connector (13).

18.

If either bracket (14) is damaged, remove two screws (15), lockwashers (16), two flat washers (17, bracket (14) and spacer

(18) from front bulkhead as required. Discard lockwashers.
