REPLACEM3 NBCHEATERCONTROL BOX (M577A3ONLY)

REMOVAL
1.
Remove screw (1), washer (2), and cable (3) from bus bar (4) in distribution box (5).
2.
Disconnect cable (6) from control box (7).
3.
Remove screw (8), lockwasher (9), and clamp (10) with cables (3) and (6) from weldnut. Remove clamp from cables.
Discard lockwasher.
4.
Remove four screws (11), eight washers (12), four locknuts (13), and control box (7) from bracket (14). Discard locknuts.
5.
Remove four screws (15), washers (16), and cover (17) from control box (7).
6.
Remove screw (18) and terminal of cable (3) on circuit breaker (19). Pull cable and grommet (20) from control box (7).
7.
Install cover (17), four washers (16), and screws (15) on control box (7).

INSTALLATION
1.
Remove four screws (1), washers (2), and cover (3) from control box (4).
2.
Install cable (5) and grommet (6) in control box (4). Position terminal of cable on circuit breaker (7). Install cable and
screw (8) on circuit breaker.
3.
Install cover (3), four washers (2), and screws (1) on control box (4).
4.
Install control box (4), four screws (9), eight washers (10), and four new locknuts (11) on bracket (12).
5.
Connect cable (13) to control box (4).
6.
Install clamp (14) on cables (5) and (13). Secure clamp to weldnut with screw (15) and new lockwasher (16).
7.
Install cable (5), screw (17), and washer (18) on bus bar (19) in distribution box (20).
