REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect circuit 537B lead (1) from driver’s heater (2).
2.
Re m ove sc re w (3), l oc kwa she rs (4), a nd ground wi re t e rm i na l (5) from he a t e r (2). Di sc a rd l oc kwa she r. Re i ns

on heater.
3.
Remove screw (6), lockwasher (7), ground wire (5), washer (9), and nut (10) from frame (11). Discard lockwasher.
Reinstall screw (6), washer (9)
, and nut (10).
4.
Loosen two clamps (12) and remove inlet and outlet hoses (13) and (14) from heater (2).
5.
Remove four screws (15), eight washers (16), four lockwashers (17), four nuts (18) and heater (2) from frame (11).
Discard lockwashers.
6.
Disconnect circuit 537G lead (19) from commander’s heater (20).
7.
Loosen two clamps (21) and remove inlet and outlet hoses (22) and (23) from commander’s heater (20).
8.
Remove four screws (24), lockwashers (25), and commander’s heater (20) from weldment (26). Discard lockwashers.
NOTE
If removing frame, see Replace Air Purifier and Frame (WP 0776 00).
9.
Remove circuit 537E, 537D, and 537C leads (18), (19), and (20) from operator’s heaters (21), (22), and (23), respectively.
10. Loosen two clamps (24) and remove inlet and outlet hoses (25) and (26) from heater (21).
11. Loosen two clamps (27) and remove inlet and outlet hoses (28) and (29) from heater (22).
12. Loosen two clamps (30) and remove inlet and outlet hoses (31) and (32) from heater (23).
