NOTE

If frame was removed, see Replace Air Purifier and Frame (WP 0776 00).

Remove paint from heater mounting area where mounting hardware makes contact.

NOTE

M a ke sure to c l e a n a l l pai nt o ff the he a te r m ounti ng hol e s. T hi s wi l l ensure a good ground.

8.

Install commander’s heater (1) on weldment (2) with four screws (3) and new lockwashers (4).

9.

Install inlet and outlet hoses (5) and (6) and two clamps (7) on commander’s heater (1). Tighten clamps

10. Install circuit 537G lead (8) on commander’s heater (1).

11. Install driver’s heater (9) on frame (10). Secure with four screws (11), eight washers (12), four new lockwashers (13), and

four nut s (14).

12. Install inlet and outlet hoses (15) and (16) and two clamps (17) on driver’s heater (9). Tighten clamps.

13. Install circuit 579C lead (18) on driver’s heater (9).

14. Remove screw (19) from heater (9). Install screw (19), new lockwashers (20), and ground lead (21) on heater (9).
