INSTALLATION
NOTE
Loc kwashe r (11) i s use d i n pl ac e of the fl atwashe r wi th the ground l e ad.
1.
Install operator’s heaters (1), (2), and (3) on welded mounts (4), (5), and (6). Secure each heater with four screws (7),
seven washers (8), four new lockwashers (9), ground lead (10), new lockwasher (11), and four nuts (12).
2.
Install ground lead (10) on heaters (1), (2), and (3) with screws (13) and new lock washers (14).
3.
Install inlet and outlet hoses (15) and (16) and two clamps (17) on operator’s heater (1). Tighten clamps.
4.
Install inlet and outlet hoses (18) and (19) and two clamps (20) on operator’s heater (2). Tighten clamps.
5.
Install inlet and outlet hoses (21) and (22) and two clamps (23) on operator’s heater (3). Tighten clamps.
6.
Install circuit 537C lead (24) on operator’s heater (1), circuit 537D lead (25) on operator’s heater (2), and circuit 537E lead
(26) on operator’s heater (3).
