Remove all power from SICPS system. See TM 9-2350-277-10
and TM 11-7010-256-12&P.
2.
Install all circuits on power supplies PS1 (1) and PS2 (2).
3.
Measure resistance between PS1 (+) OUTPUT terminal (3) and
DC bus bar at terminal 1 (4) of circuit breaker CB15 (5).
4.
Does multimeter read 0 ohms?

1.
Replace lead 31E (WP 0090 00 and
TM 9-2350-277-20).
2.
Verify no faults found.
