Procedural Steps:
1.
Drain fuel tanks.
2.
Gain access to the lower tank by removing powerpack (right in-tank pump) or engine compartment access cover
(left in-tank pump).
3.
Ensure that howitzer MASTER power switch is in the OFF position.
