Weld additional stringer passes until weld is secure.

Check for maximum allowable opening of 1/8-inch between patch and armor.

Record the BDAR action taken.
When mission is complete, as soon as practical, repair the equipment/system
using standard maintenance procedures.

Large holes in armor.

Degraded armor protection.
