k. Front Output Case Assembly (Model T-136-1).

FRAME 1

1.

Put shifter shaft spring (1) on hole (2).

2.

Aline three taper pin holes in gasket (3) and front output case (4) with three taper

pins (5) in transfer case cover (6).

3.

Put gasket (3) and front output case (4) in place.

Make sure that shifter shaft (7)

goes in shifter shaft spring (1) and hole (2).

4.

Put in ten capscrews (8) and ten lockwashers (9) and evenly tighten capscrews

to 45 to 55 pound-feet.
