8. If no separator plate (Figure 3, Item 9) was installed on the right cover assembly (Figure 3, Item 1), discard the
entire brake apply valve body assembly (Figure 3, Item 2), which includes the valve body (Figure 3, Item 8) and
the spring (Figure 3, Item 3), and replace it with a new assembly and separator plate.
