NOTE

If the engine will be used within 30 days, cap or plug all openings.

If

the engine will be stored longer than 30 days, preserve as directed in

WP 0032.

If a dynamometer is not available, the engine may be installed in a

vehicle and the vehicle driven at equally increasing speed increments

from 0 to maximum speed in 15-minute intervals over the first 3 hours

of operation.

The engine may then be considered run-in.
