Mandatory Replacement Parts:

Gasket (2) (item 334, WP 0175)

O-ring (2) (item 141, WP 0175)

Self-locking nut (1) (item 33, WP 0175)

Expendable and Durable Items:

Thread sealing tape (item 41, WP 0173)

Personnel Required:

Track Vehicle Repairer (1) 63H10

Equipment Conditions:

Engine removed from vehicle and placed on a

flat stationary surface

Engine and transmission oil cooler access covers

removed (WP 0090)

Engine cooling fans and housings removed (WP

0054)

REMOVAL

NOTE

Perform only those steps necessary to replace defective parts.

Use

legend reference guide.

Tag all parts prior to removal to aid in

installation.

Place rags under hose connections to catch any oil that

spills during maintenance.

Dispose of rags in accordance with

standard operating procedure.

Note hose and tube routing to aid in

installation.
