Set cylinder head (4) right side up on work surface on wood blocks.

Turn reamer clockwise only, counterclockwise will ruin reamer and injector tube.

Lubricate reamer blades with lubricating oil.

Ream injector tube (1) with first operation reamer.

Clean metal filings from injector tube (1).

Repeat steps (7) and (8) until shoulder of reamer touches top of injector tube (l).

Set cylinder head (4) on side.

Remove excess material from tip of injector

tube (1) with tube tip refinisher until finisher

contacts bottom of cylinder head.

Clean out inside of injector tube (1).
