Install governor riser (51) on

governor weight shaft (41).

Install governor riser thrust

bearing (52), smaller inside

diameter first, against governor

riser (51).

Support spline end of governor

weight shaft (41) on bed of press.

Set governor housing (2) over

governor weight shaft and press

housing on shaft.
