Remove governor housing (1) from vise and support in

press.

Press governor weight shaft (7) out of governor housing

bearing (8).

Remove bearing assembly (9) and governor riser (10)

from governor weight shaft (7).

Remove bearing (8) from governor housing (l).

(9) Remove four retaining rings (11) and

washers (12).

(10) Remove two washers (13) and pins (14).

(11) Remove two weights (15).

NOTE

Bearings are removed from both weights in same manner. Remove

only if damaged.

(12) Press two bearings (16) from weight (15).
