15-2. GOVERNOR HOUSING ASSEMBLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (CONT).

(1)

Remove screw (1), copper

washer (2), and bracket

(3) .

(2)

Remove screw (4) and copper washer (5).

(3)

Remove eight screws (6), lockwashers (7), and washers (8).

(4)

Remove

governor (9) and

gasket (10) from

blower (11).

b. Installation.

(1)

Apply grease to face of blower (11) and governor (9) and install gasket (10) and governor.

(2)

Install screw (4) with copper washer (5).

(3)

Install screw (1),copper washer (2) and bracket (3).

(4)

Install eight screws (6), lockwashers (7), and washer (8).

(5)

Tighten ten screws (4,1,and 6) to 15 lb-ft 934 N•m).

c. Follow-on Maintenance.

Install blower (para 14-3).
