This column contains the criteria which will
cause the equipment to be classified as not ready/available because of inability to
perform its primary mission.
If you perform check and service procedures that show
faults listed in this column, do not operate the equipment. Follow standing operating
procedures for maintaining the equipment or reporting equipment failure.
