carries the oil up to the

Here's how you mec¹s can set it
straightº
Remove the speedometer
drive shaFt assembly¸ Take it
apart and clean the casing and
»exible shaFt in dry¼cleaning
solvent. Get all oF the oil out or it
may be pumped into the neW
speedometer. IF the ·exible shaFt
and casing are shot, replacE 'eM¸
NSN 6680±00±973±418½ gets a
complete drive shaFt assembly.
NSN 2530-00¾901±9685 gets the
·ex shaFt alone. Always lube ¿he
·exible shaFt be¶re installing.
A good bet is GIA, NSN 9150-
00±985À½245.
