a periscope is not in use±

moUnts on your tØnk is by Using the
operating handles inside the tUrret±
³ou can damage both the gUnner's
and the commander's shield doors by
opening them from the oUtside±
Ìhe gunner's shield door operating
shaft gets bent if the door is pri¾d open
from the oUtside± Ùith a bent shaÚÂ the
shield is Useless Until it's repaired±

Ìhe commander's shield door is
opened and closed by a spring± Since
there's no mechanical stop to Ãeep the
door from being opened too wide the
spring can be stretched or even broken±
Again The ballistic door is useless unÕ
til it's fixed±
In both cases never open the doors
from tHe oUtside. Ûse the operating
handles± Üt's an inside job±
