Make sure you install the adjustment gage, mechs, when you replace the rear
HeIght sEnsing brake proportioning valve± This insures peak braking power
Get gage,

´µstall it like It says on Page 11-34 in TM 9-2320-289-20± But, make sure
you raise the rear of the vehIcle so that the rear axLe hangs ¶ee±

CUCV ¸oor rust is caused by water held in the ¸oor mat's ¹ber backing±
´f your command OK's ºt, toss out the mat and »ackºng± Follow
TB 43-¼01-39-4 (Jan 85) ·r rerouting wIres and painting the ¸oor±
´f you can't toss 'em, solve the problem be·re ºt staRts:
•
Never hose out the inside of the truck½
•
¾ook ·r ¿eaks around the windshieLd, doors and ¹rewaLl± Turn a hose on
the outside of the trÀck and use a ¸ashLIght to check the inside± Get
