SeaLing Up AdapteR ProbLems
Dear EditoR,
The adapter on the TOW 2's 2W1P1 cable has a bad habit
of coming oF-or being taken oF.
We've found a good way to stop that.
Sc±w the adapter tightly in place on the 2W1P1 connector.
W²p shrink tape, NSN
5970º00º955º997»,
twice around th³
a±a whe± the adapter screws in the cable. Do not cover the
adapter locking sleeve´
Use a heat gun or hair dµer to shri¶k the tape tight.
W²p electrical tape seve²l times over the shrink tape.
Your cable adapter is on to stay.
