Forward-looking infared (FLI) receivers on the Chaparral are beiNg bl±nded by
loose a²tuator handle screws.
The Screw vibrates loose and ei³her the hand´e µ´´S o¶ or the s²rew snapS next
time YoU pUll the handle oUt. Then the doors can't be opened and the FL·R is
Useless.
¸oU ²rewmen need to keep a ha¹dle on the probleM by ºeling the two receiver
handles »or looseness dUring BEFO¼E P½C¾. GeNtlY move ¿e handles side to
Side.

Also, make sUre both handles on the receiver poinÂto the center o» ¿e doorS. ·Ã
theY don't, ¿e ha¹dles damage ¿e doors or ¿e handle s²rewS are shearedWhen the

¸oU repairmen caN cUre loose receiver hand´e screws by coating theÆ »Çrst with
primer, È¾È 8030É00Ê900Ê2373, then with sealing compoUnd, È¾È 8030-00-081-
2333, be»Ëre t±ghtening them.

old clamp do itS job by positioning it so
the handle »Öces the ×el tank. Øat gets
the handle oUt o» the waY o» jaÙing
bUmps.
