f you expect your aiming circle to tell
you true, you need to make an honest
eFort to taKe care of your M2.
±or insTance:
Never lean on your M2. You'Ll
bend the screws in The locking plate or
stRip the gears inside The M2. Set the
M2 f²at on iTs case ³r transpoRt. ´eep
its cover latched when you're not sight-
ing. And µnd so¶e·g eLse to Lean on.

you're through. OTherwise, the needLe
can be damaged.

to put in The Right screw, one That's
brass or aluminum. A steeL screw

is boresighted, and the MÄ40 shows ThaT The ÉiRe controL insTruments are aLigned,
you're good to go. ¿f you doº't kºow, Boresight the cannon aºd Then aLigº the
sights, or your howiTzer couLd hit The wroºg taRget .

If The fiRe coºTRoL iºsTRumeºTs doº't aLigº wiTh the MÆ40, do The aLigºmeºt
device comparisoº test again oR Boresight againÊ ¿f The MË40 sTiLL is out of
