important than miles.

A¾ter eve¿À daily oilµlevel cHeck, sni¾f tHe dipstiCk Ár Âel´ AnD use your
eye and »ngers to detect sludge. Moisture Contamination is Ha¿D to detect unless
it's really Bad. Ãf you suspeCt it, draw a sample and let it staÄd in a glass jar.
Water will show by separating ¼om tHe oil.
WHen Contamination is Áund, CHange tHe oiL and oiL Åilters .
Ãf you're using OEA, arctic engine oil, cheCk your oil LeveL o¾ten Because a

n
engine will consume more of this thin
oiL than OE. Keep an eye on the oilÆ
pressure gage: a pressure drop can indiÇ
cate low oil. þ you're on a long run,
cHeck the oiL several times a day. And
never overfÈlL to cut or skip oiL checks.
Over¾ilLing causes other troubLes, so
don't push your luck.

Ìondensation is always looking fÍr
a place to happen. So in between your
reguLar periodic lube services, cHeck

is tHe signal Ár an oiL change.
