6. When you install linings, the rivets must be
the correct body diameter, head size, shape,
length and material or loose linings may
result. Use of proper rivets can prevent
loose linings.
7. A maximum gap of 0.010-inch (0.25 mm)
between the shoe and lining is acceptable.
