Locate, mark, and drill one 0.281-in. diameter hole (10) in vehicle body rail (11).

Locate and mark area 1.00-in. x 6.00-in. (12) in vehicle body rail (11).
2-11.
Remove metal in marked area (12). Smooth edges and paint exposed bare metal edges.
