1.) Thread the provided eyebolts into the
top angle rail of the Driver Side B-Pillar
Armor Frame.
These eyebolts can be
used to attach a lifting strap from the ar-
mor frame to a forklift or overhead crane.
Option Two:
2-man lift
1.) Rather than using a forklift use a two
man lift to hoist B-Pillar.
2.) Hoist the armor into position, guiding
the four 3/8” threaded studs into their
mating slots in the Rear Cab Armor
Frame.
Secure the studs with the pro-
vided 3/8” flat washers, lock washers,
and hex nuts.
NOTE: The hex nuts should only be
finger-tight at this time.
3.) Align the slotted tabs on the top and
bottom of the forward side of the armor
frame with the mating slotted tabs on the
Door Support Frame.
Use the provided
3/8” bolts, flat washers, and metal lock-
nuts to secure the tabs.
NOTE:
Do not fully tighten the lock
nuts at this time.
Option One:
Forklift
2.) Hoist the armor into position, guiding
the four 3/8” threaded studs into their
mating slots in the Rear Cab Armor
Frame.
Secure the studs with the pro-
vided 3/8” flat washers, lock washers,
and hex nuts.
NOTE: The hex nuts should only be
finger-tight at this time.
3.) Align the slotted tabs on the top and
bottom of the forward side of the armor
frame with the mating slotted tabs on the
Door Support Frame.
Use the provided
3/8” bolts, flat washers, and metal lock-
nuts to secure the tabs.
