a.
Installation
1.
Install windshield glass as follows (see figure 1-25).
a.
Install gasket (2) onto windshield glass (1) or (3).
b.
Install windshield glass (1) or (3), with gasket (2), into windshield frame.
c.
Repeat steps a. and b. for opposite side of windshield.
d.
Install a protective cardboard cover, or equivalent, over interior surface of windshield glass (1)
and (3) to protect glass from damage during subsequent steps.

CAUTION
WINDSHIELD GLASS WILL BE UNSECURED UNTIL
CAPPING RINGS ARE INSTALLED.
DO NOT LEAVE
VEHICLE UNATTENDED.
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY
RESULT IN DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

FOR EASE OF ASSEMBLY, INSTALL HEATER CORE
PRIOR TO INSTALLING WINDSHIELD
