Step 6.
Using a Letter “Q” size drill bit, drill out the two marked holes. Remove any burrs.
Step 7.
Install a 1/4-20 blind Rivnut in each of the two mounting holes with a using a Rivnut installation
tool. Install the Rivnut IAW the instructions for Rivnut installation found in WP 0013.
Step 8.
Once all Rivnuts have been installed, mount the bracket with the hooks facing the rear edge of
the tailgate using a 1/4-20 x .75 inch long hex head screw and 1/4 inch lockwasher. Tighten all hardware
securely.
