5. BITUMETER COUNTER POINTER WHIPS:
Step 1.
Bitumeter wheel broken.
Replace bitumeter wheel (para 2-23).

Defective recording bitumeter.
Replace the bitumeter (para 2-25).
step 3.
Drive cable binding.
Lubricate or replace drive cable (para 2-25).
6. QUADRANT LEVER SLOWS OR STOPS PUMP WHEN MOVING FROM “CIRCULATE IN
TANK” TO “CIRCULATE IN BAR”:

Butterfly valve partially closed.
Open butterfly by pulling on control link.
