Replacement (Basic Type) .
FRAME 1
WARNING
Do not put fingers between front mounting support (1)
and bracket ( 2) .
Jack may slip , causing severe injury
to personnel.
1.
Put upper resilient mount (3) between front mounting support (1) and
bracket (2) and aline holes.
2.
Put flat washer and bolt (4) through front mounting support (1) , upper
resilient mount ( 3) , and bracket ( 2) as shown.
3.
Using jack, carefully lower front of engine.
4.
Put lower resilient mount (5) and flat washer (6) on bolt (4).
5.
Using’ 3/4-inch wrenches, screw on and tighten locknut ( 7).
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
Close hood and both side panels. Refer to TM 9-2320-209-10.
