Turn on power to rear winch.

Turn locking latch (1) to the

unlocked position.

Push control lever (2) forward and put on

turn drum, first in one direction, then the

brake pressure plate (3) and brake lining

If there is contact, shut down power. Adjust pressure plate

clearance. Refer to para 18-5f, frame 11.
