CONDITION/INDICATION
IS THERE COOLANT IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBERS?
DECISION
NO - Notify supervisor. It is possible that another troubleshooting work package applies.
YES - Notify supervisor that there is coolant in the combustion chambers. Action may not be possible at this
level of maintenance.
