Pull out ENG STOP lever to shut off fuel.

Crank the engine and check of engine cranks at normal speed.

DOES ENGINE CRANKING SPEED REACH 100 RPM?
DECISION
NO - Perform Starter Motor Inoperative troubleshooting (WP
0086).
YES - Go to Step (13).
