REMOVAL
CAUTION
Clean around seal area to prevent entry of dirt. Damage to transmission may occur if dirt or
dust enters transmission.
NOTE
Manual selector shaft locknut has metric threads.
1.
Remove locknut (Figure 1, Item 2) and manual control linkage (Figure 1, Item 3) from selector shaft
(Figure 1, Item 1). Discard locknut.
