REMOVAL
1.
Fold companion seat backrest (Figure 1, Item 1) forward.
2.
Release two latches (Figure 1, Item 9) on battery box (Figure 1, Item 8).
3.
Raise battery box cover (Figure 1, Item 2) and secure with support rod (Figure 1, Item 10).
4.
Remove four locknuts (Figure 1, Item 7), screws (Figure 1, Item 4), and washers (Figure 1, Item 3) from map
compartment risers (Figure 1, Item 6) and battery box cover (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard locknuts.
5.
Remove map compartment (Figure 1, Item 5) from battery box (Figure 1, Item 8).
