Install muffler (12) on wiper motor (10).

NOTE

Wrap male pipe threads with antiseize tape before installation.

Install adapter fittings (9) and (11) in wiper motor (10).

Install bracket (7) on wiper motor (10) with two spacers (13) and screws (14).

Install wiper motor (10) and bracket (7) on windshield frame (5) with two screws (6) and new

locknuts (8).

Install hoses (2) and (3) on adapter fittings (11) and 9) with hose clamps (1) and 4).

Install new leather washer (16), washer (17), and nut (18) on wiper motor shaft (15).

Install knurled drive (19) on wiper motor shaft (15).

Install wiper arm (20) on wiper motor shaft (15) with new lockwasher (21) and nut (22). Tighten

nut (22) 15-20 lb-ft (20-27 N•m).

Install wiper blade (25) on wiper arm (20) with screw (24) and new locknut (23). Tighten locknut (23)

15-20 lb-ft (20-27 N•m).
