Install new seal (10), hinge (9), new seal (8), and retainer (7) on door frame (12) with sixteen

screws (6).

Install two spacer plates (16) and bolt and case assemblies (17) on inner panel (11) with eight

screws (18).

8.

Install center case (14) on inner panel (11) with four screws (21).

9.

Install handle (2) on center case (14) with pins (1) and (23).

10.

Install two rods (15) on center case (14) and two bolt and case assemblies (17) with two new cotter

pins (22), new lockwashers (20), and screws (19).

NOTE

Step 11 applies to right rear door only.

Install new gasket (3) and handle (4) on outer panel (29) with three new rivets (5).

12.

Install clip (24) and bracket (26) on outer panel (29) with four screws (13) and six screws (25).

13.

Install seal (27) on door frame (12) with seven new rivets (28).

14.

Install rack (40) on outer panel (29) with four screws (39), bushings (32), washers (31), two screws (30),

and new locknuts (38).

15.

Install clamp (37) on outer panel (29) with four screws (35) and new lockwashers (36).

16.

Install two angle brackets (33) on outer panel (29) with two screws (34).

e. Installation

Align holes of door hinge with holes in van body for installation.

Assistant will help with step 1.

1.

Install door (29) on van body (43) with fifteen screws (44).

2.

Install door (291 on door check (42) with strike (46), lockwasher (45), and screw (41).
